Signing up for Jen’s class was a real game changer. Not only does Jen confidently yet gently lead you through positions that ease the aches and pains of pregnancy, but I always left her classes feeling physically and mentally stronger. She shared her seemingly endless knowledge about pregnancy, delivery and the female body, which in turn made me feel more empowered during both my pregnancies. Her classes were structured but relaxed and provided an open, inclusive atmosphere for sharing. I’m so thankful she teaches postnatal yoga as well because now that I have 2 little ones, her classes help me reconnect with my body and remind me that it is stronger than I typically give it credit for.”
